PETALING JAYA: Youngster Azlan Johari made good on a promise when he shot down a second individual gold for Malacca in the men’s 10m air rifle individual event of the S.M. Yong Shooting Championships at the Subang Shooting Range yesterday.
The 17-year-old affirmed his position as the top rifle shooter in the country by winning the event with 686.6 points. Azlan fired a total of 585 points in the six classification rounds and then shot 101.6 in the final.
