ROMANIAN swimmer Diana Mocanu, a double gold medallist in Sydney, will miss this year's Olympics in Athens after failing to find her best form, officials said yesterday.Mocanu, Romania's most successful swimmer, won the 100 and 200m backstroke in 2000.
