AOC withdraw Daijka’s selection pending inquiry

SYDNEY: The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) yesterday withdrew cyclist Jobie Daijka's selection for the Athens Games until a series of drugs investigations into the rider had been completed.

Dajka is one of five top Australian cyclists accused by banned rider Mark French of using his room at the Australian Institute of Sport in Adelaide as a “shooting gallery” for injecting drugs.
