POTOMAC (Maryland): Australia's Adam Scott birdied three of the final five holes to hold off hard-charging Charles Howell and capture the US$4.5mil PGA Booz Allen Classic by four strokes here on Sunday.
Scott saw a seven-stroke lead shrink to only two, but his hot finish allowed him to bogey the last hole for a final-round three-under par 68 to finish on 21-under par 263.
