KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's Ong Beng Hee and Nicol David retained their titles in the Asian Squash Championships in contrasting styles at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil here yesterday.
Beng Hee, the top seed, had to overcome stiff resistance from Pakistan's Mansoor Zaman, the second seed, before winning 9-2, 4-9, 10-8, 9-6 in a final that lasted 67 minutes. It was Beng Hee's third consecutive title. He also defeated Mansoor in the 2000 and 2002 finals.
