The panel include three coaches who won the European Championship. The members are: Andy Roxburgh (Scotland), Jozef Venglos, (Czech Republic), Rinus Michels (Holland), Berti Vogts (Germany), Gerard Houllier (France), Roy Hodgson (England), Anghel Iordanescu (Romania), Gyorgy Mezey (Hungary) and Holger Osieck (Germany). –AP
