LONDON: Tens of thousands of England fans flying St George's flags from their cars ahead of Euro 2004 have been warned they could cause traffic accidents.
Motoring organisations are worried the flags might obscure drivers' vision, an offence which could land them with a fine of £2,500 (US$4,600).
