THE 10th Sukma in Negri Sembilan ended with athletes from the Bukit Jalil Sports School (BJSS) emerging as the outstanding winners for their respective states.
And this reflected success in the National Sports Council's (NSC) programmes to give young talent the best in their centralised training camp in Bukit Jalil. Under the programmes, the youngsters also get high-level exposure.
