NEGRI Sembilan officially kicked off the 10th Sukma with a colourful opening ceremony steeped in Minangkabau tradition at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium in Paroi last night.
The Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negri Sembilan, Tuanku Jaafar Tuanku Abdul Rahman, declared open the Games, which involved 5,491 athletes from 17 contingents contesting for 368 gold medals in 30 sports.
