SELANGOR cyclist Uracca Leow Hoay Sim proved that she was back to her old self with a resounding victory in the girls’ 20km individual time trial at Port Dickson yesterday.
An accident more than a year ago left her with a shattered collarbone and crushed her dreams of excelling at the international level to qualify for the Athens Olympics in August.
