LONDON: A 10-year-old boy could become the world's youngest football hooligan when he goes to court today for allegedly being involved in violence following a football match between south coast rivals Portsmouth and Southampton.
The child, who is of the lowest age of criminal liability, was arrested along with a 14-year-old girl and seven men, Hampshire Police said.
