TREVISO (Italy): Italy's Alessandro Petacchi clinched his sixth stage victory of this year's Giro d'Italia when he put on a powerful sprint to win the 210-km 12th stage between Cesena and Treviso on Friday.
Fasso Bortolo rider Petacchi beat Australia's Robbie McEwen and Belarussian Alexandre Usov to win in a time of 4'48:12.
