LONDON: Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson was reported yesterday to be set to sign Argentina defender Gabriel Heinze from Paris St Germain for £6mil.
The Daily Mirror said the 26-year-old Heinze, who has just broken into his national team but also has a German passport, was expected to complete the move within days.
