PENANG: Brazilian striker Jose Marcio Barreto will seek FIFA’s help to obtain his international transfer certificate (ITC) if his former club, Dowell Mohun Bagan FC of India, continue to delay its release.
The 28 year-old striker, who had to watch from the stands as Penang caved in to a 1-3 defeat by Perlis in the Super League on Saturday, however, said that he was confident that his ITC problem would be sorted out by Wednesday.
