PASIR GUDANG: Former GP racer Rosnizam Mohd Noor, made a triumphant return to cub racing as a privateer when he powered his Yamaha to the chequered flag in Round 3 of the Petronas Sprinta AAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship 2004 at the Johor Circuit here yesterday.
Rosnizam, from Gombak clocked 13:04.633 to win the seven-lap race while K. Sivanesan of Shell Harian Metro Maju (13:13.263) ended up second. Local favourite Safrizan Buang earned his first ever podium finish by finishing third with a time of 13:13.518.
