Josiah’s dream dashed by crash


PETALING JAYA: Track cyclist Josiah Ng’s dream of retaining his World Cup overall title has been dashed by a crash during training in Switzerland on Monday. 

Josiah, who is based at the World Cycling Centre in Aigle, was cycling at 65kph when he crashed. He suffered fractures on the wrist, broke his nose and a tooth, and his face is swollen. Josiah, 22, was warded in a hospital for the night and discharged on Tuesday.
