LONDON: Former Manchester United star George Best was granted a divorce yesterday from his wife Alex, adding yet another turbulent chapter to the ex-footballer’s life.
Neither partner attended the brief hearing at the Family Division of the High Court in central London, where the uncontested hearing took little more than two minutes to be completed.
