PARIS: Britain's top cyclist David Millar has been directly implicated in the doping scandal which has engulfed France's top team Cofidis.
The sports daily L'Equipe has published extracts of what it said were the judicial inquiry into Cofidis which has led to seven riders and the team physio being charged with illegally possessing toxic drugs.
