PENANG: Former Australian national striker Pablo Fabricio Cardozo was confirmed yesterday as Penang’s fourth foreign import.
But the deal has not been signed and sealed yet. Cardozo, though certainly not short in experience, must first pass the Cooper’s test and is only likely to make his debut after April 24, when the first round of Super League matches end.
