PETALING JAYA: Olympic-bound athletes have applauded a new incentive scheme, which was announced by Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Azalina Othman Said during the National Sports Awards Night here on Tuesday.
An individual athlete who has qualified for the Athens Olympics will get RM5,000 and team members will get RM1,500.
