GLASGOW: Rangers will take another step towards a future with a distinctly tartan hue when manager Alex McLeish hands rookie defender Allan Hutton his first start against Old Firm rivals Celtic today.
The 19-year-old has played just three times for the Rangers first team but has impressed sufficiently to convince McLeish he should keep his place at right back, despite the return of Dutch hardman Fernando Ricksen from suspension.
