BERLIN: Bayern Munich’s Ottmar Hitzfeld maintains he has no interest in coaching a team in the glamour leagues of Spain or Italy when his time with the German champions comes to an end.
Hitzfeld is contracted with Bayern until 2005 – although he is pondering extending for one more season – but has ruled out trying his hand in Serie A or the Primera Liga, citing the language barrier as the primary reason.
