Schuey still streets ahead

MELBOURNE: Michael Schumacher was out on his own as he overpowered the field in a Ferrari one-two finish in the season-opening Australian Formula One Grand Prix at Albert Park here yesterday.

The six-time world champion blitzed his rivals from start to finish to beat Brazilian teammate Rubens Barrichello with Renault's rising young Spaniard Fernando Alonso in third place.
