LANGKAWI: The BMW Royal Langkawi International Regatta is still in its infancy stage but the organisers of the second edition of the event, which ended here on Sunday, can be proud of putting together one of the best sailing competitions in Asia.
It is common knowledge that the Langkawi regatta still has a long course ahead before it can match the prestige associated with the likes of the Phuket Kings Cup, the Singapore Straits Regatta or even the local Raja Muda Regatta.
