PARIS: Five-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong says Dick Pound is not the right man to run the World Anti-Doping Agency after the Canadian lawyer’s throw-away line that doping has plagued cycling for the last century.
Pound, an International Olympic Committee member, also claimed in an interview with Le Monde last month all Tour de France riders were on drugs.
