Sung-man and Thaworn share the lead

PETALING JAYA: A heavy downpour caused the second day’s proceedings of the US$1.21mil Carlsberg Malaysian Open to be interrupted for the second year running at the Saujana Golf and Country Club yesterday.

However, South Korean Lee Sung-man, who was born deaf, and Thailand’s Thaworn Wiratchant, who both managed to complete their play before the heavens opened up, were not complaining. They finished as clubhouse leaders.
