ORLANDO (Florida): Michael Phelps, who six months ago became the first man to win five titles at one US swimming championships, completed the feat a second time on Saturday as the US spring nationals concluded.
Phelps, 18, wrapped up a sweetheart of a meet on Valentine's Day with a victory in the 200m individual medley.
