PARIS: The European PGA Tour's appetite to travel the world continues unabated with the announcement on Tuesday that the 2005 season will open in China.
Shanghai Silport Golf Club, recently named as 'Host Venue of the Year 2003' by the Asian Tour professionals for the second time in three years, will host the first Volvo China Open to be jointly sanctioned between the Asian Tour and the European Tour. The dates are Nov 25-28, 2004.
