Kim’s daughter submits appeal to IOC chief Rogge


LONDON: The daughter of jailed IOC vice president Kim Un-yong has made a personal appeal to the IOC president to lift her father's suspension from the Olympic body. 

Helen Kim wrote to IOC president Jacques Rogge criticising the “unwarranted and prejudicial'' decision, suggesting it was driven by personal rivalry and Olympic politics.
