PETALING JAYA: Fan club members of Selangor Public Bank will only have to pay RM6 for their team's home matches in the Super League at the Shah Alam Stadium.
Team manager Razak Dali said that non-members of the club would have to pay RM10.
Our chairman (Tan Sri Dr Teh Hong Piow) has offered a special rate of RM6 to club members. Being the only side from the Klang Valley to play in the Super League, we hope to get the support from the Selangor fans as well, he said.
The bankers, who won Premier II last season and defeated Johor and Johor FC i the qualification playoffs for the Super League, will be drumming for support for their football team by holding a fan club road show at the Plaza Alam Sentral in Shah Alam on Sunday (11am).
Fans can purchase a Public Bank T-shirt for RM25 and get a free membership. Those keen to sign up can also call the secretary, Hazami Hussin, at 012-2789699.
Public Bank have three foreign players Slovakians Ivan Ziga and Milan Strelec and Argentine Gustavo Fuentes. They will open their campaign against Kedah at the Darulaman Stadium in Alor Star on Saturday and play their first home game against Perak on Feb 21.
