MELBOURNE: South African Ernie Els went on another scoring rampage to increase his lead by seven shots at the halfway stage of the Heineken Classic at Royal Melbourne here yesterday.
After a record-breaking 12-under 60 in Thursday's opening round, Els carded a 66, again the best score of the day as he chased a hat-trick of tournament titles.
