KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian cast for the Tour of Langkawi, which starts on Feb 6, have been completed with the naming of veteran cyclist Nor Effandy Rosli and rookie Wan Najmi Ahmad.
Effandy, the former Commonwealth Games silver medallist and the 21-year-old Wan Najmi will join five other cyclists in a bid to help Malaysia finish among the top two in the Asian category.
