PENANG: For the first time, the Tour of Langkawi will be launched in Penang rather than Langkawi. And the bigger island is gearing up for the event as the first batch of riders arrived at the Penang International Airport yesterday.
The 12 members of the division one trade team Palmans-Collstrop from Belgium were the earliest to arrive on Friday morning.
