ROME: Italian national team coach Giovanni Trapattoni denied on Friday reports that he was set to take over at English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
The veteran 64-year-old former Juventus and Bayern Munich handler said that he wanted to stay on in some capacity with the national federation after the Euro 2004 Finals this summer which run from June 14 to July 4.
