CANBERRA: Australian Olympic shooting dual gold medallist Michael Diamond appeared set to miss selection after being charged with assaulting his girlfriend, sports officials said yesterday.
A court on Tuesday adjourned a hearing into the case until Jan 20, meaning Diamond will miss Olympic selection trials on Jan 9.
