LONDON: The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has given British Prime Minister Tony Blair a rap over the knuckles for what it says was a breach of its rules for cities bidding to stage the 2012 Olympics.
The BBC said the IOC accused Blair of breaking its own Code of Ethics during last month's Commonwealth Summit in Nigeria.
