PARIS: First-time offenders will be unlikely to face life bans for doping, the head of athletics' governing body said in an interview published on Friday.
“I remind you that life bans are part of our regulations, but only in the case of re-offenders,” IAAF President Lamine Diack told sports daily L'Equipe.
