LONDON: UEFA are to charge Turkish club Besiktas over the crowd disorder at Tuesday's Champions League match against Chelsea in Gelsenkirchen, Germany.
European football’s ruling body said on Thursday Besiktas would be charged with improper conduct over the behaviour of their fans over the lighting of flares and missile-throwing.
