MALAYSIA came back from a set down to beat Myanmar 2-1 to qualify for the inter-regu sepaktakraw semi-finals as the Group B winners at the Hai Ba Trung Gymnasium in Hanoi yesterday.
The Malaysian regu of tekong Mohd Normanizam Ahmad and apit Mohd Putra Abdul Ghani and Mohd Zulkarnain Mohd Arif lost the first set 14-21 but recovered to win 21-17, 15-11. Earlier, Malaysia defeated Indonesia 21-15, 22-20.
