WORLD Championships backstroke finalist Lim Keng Liat inspired Malaysia to a surprise gold in the 4x200m freestyle relay event, an hour after outlapping his rivals to clinch the 200m backstroke title at the National Aquatics Centre in Hanoi last night.
Besides the two golds from the men, Malaysia also bagged a silver through top women swimmer Siow Yi Ting in the 200m individual medley.
