POLICE in Vietnam have arrested eight people for illegally touting tickets for the men's football competition, state media said yesterday.
The serial numbers on 354 seized tickets showed they had not been bought through legal channels, and after interrogation the accused revealed they had acquired them from a Vietnam Football Federation official.
