PARIS: Athletics authorities were said yesterday to be relieved that results of the world championship tests for the designer steroid tetrahydrogestrinone (THG) were unlikely to expose any medal winners as drugs cheats.
World athletics' governing body, the International Association of Athletic Federations, confirmed yesterday that testing of all 400 urine samples taken at the Paris world championships in August to search for the drug were nearly complete.
