SHANGHAI: Houston Rockets centre Yao Ming has settled a lawsuit against the Coca-Cola Company over the misuse of a photograph of the basketball star on commemorative bottles in Shanghai.
On May 15, Yao filed a statement claiming the Coca-Cola Company was using his image without permission and demanded it be removed from their products.
