LONDON: Ruud van Nistelrooy has urged Dutch coach Dick Advocaat to play him in their Euro 2004 play-off against Scotland next month.
The Manchester United striker was dropped from the Dutch squad for the final qualifier against Moldova last Saturday after reacting angrily to his substitution – by spitting at kicking at a bottle – in the previous match against the Czech Republic.
