LONDON: A 27-year-old man has been arrested in connection with allegations by a 17-year-old girl that she was gang raped by several English Premiership football players in a London hotel, police said yesterday.
“He remains in police custody at this time,” said a statement issued by the Metropolitan Police, which did not identify the man or specify if he was a footballer.
