KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysia Cup final atmosphere had all its usual high drama and excitement – and some ugly scenes and pandemonium as well – yesterday as fans from Sabah and Selangor MPPJ tried to outdo each other at the National Stadium in Bukit yesterday.
A total of about 60,000 tickets were snapped up, with Klang Valley side MPPJ having the lion's share of supporters but the 20,000 Sabah fans were not to be doutdone, even if it meant getting on the wrong side of the law.
