CORDOBA (Spain): Briton David Millar won stage 17 of the Tour of Spain by a comfortable 36 seconds on Wednesday, putting behind him an unhappy experience in last year’s race when he quit.
Millar has finished second in two time-trial stages this year and Wednesday’s success was a third career Tour of Spain stage victory and his sixth in a major Tour.
