MANILA: Hurdler Mohd Faiz Mohamed, who Malaysia were banking on to win a medal, had a disappointing outing in the Asian Track and Field (ATF) at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila yesterday.
The 20-year-old Negri Sembilan athlete, who won a bronze medal at the last ATF meet in Colombo last year, clocked a poor time of 14.25 to finish fifth in the heats of the men's 110 hurdles event yesterday.
