MALAYSIA'S Choy Poh Lai is only a first-timer but the bowler, known for her “cool like a cat” attitude on the lanes, has emerged as the star player in the World Championships at the Pyramid Mega Lanes here in Bandar Sunway.
Yesterday, the 22-year-old Poh Lai bowler from Johor qualified for the Masters Finals by virtue of finishing 11th in the All-Events with a total score of 4,941 pins over 24 games.
