Karamjit able to fight for a podium place after fixing gearbox


HOKKAIDO: Although out of the reckoning in the overall classifications, Malaysia's Karamjit Singh and co-driver Allen Oh kept their word about picking up precious leg points as the fought consistently for the top three places in the second leg of the Rally of Hokkaido.  

Having repaired the broken gearbox that put him out of the overall classifications in the very first stage, the Petronas EON Racing Team driver finished the day high up on the leader board.
